Building inclusion and community among teams is key in helping them to collaborate, work through conflict and become productive colleagues. When teams develop their emotional intelligence skills they will apply them to all that they do.

In this workshop participants will:

• Explore the components of emotional intelligence;
• Examine emotional intelligence in the workplace;
• Consider their own emotional intelligence skills;
• Learn how to read emotional information in others;
• Discover emotionally intelligent ways to build inclusion and community with teams;
• Assess their own community inclusion:
• Develop a community plan for moving forward.
